Just Breathe: Virtual Breathwork Circle with Trish Brewer Sunday, May 3rd 4-6 pm
Breathwork is great for reducing anxiety, grief, stress and depression. It is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release, connects you to your body, moves stuck energy and opens your heart by using a specific three step pranayama technique. This type of breathwork is not meant to calm and relax, but rather move and release energy from your body so you can heal. Often, it leaves you feeling lighter, less burdened and more open hearted. The practice is simple…the results are profound.
When done in a group setting, whether in person or virtually, the movement of energy is even more palpable. In a Breathwork Circle you will find safety, support and like-minded souls that will hold you close to their heart as you will them.
A recording will be sent to all that register in advance, so if you can not be present for the live event do not fret you can do it on your on time later.
What to expect:
The virtual session will be conducted through Zoom. You only need your phone, iPad or laptop and a quiet place in your home. Instructions and a Zoom link will be sent to you three hours before the start time of the Circle.
We will open the circle with a short grounding meditation. Participants have an opportunity to share their intentions, if they wish. Everyone lies down with their eyes closed for the Breathwork.
Active breathwork consists of approximately 30 minutes of a three part breathing technique to a music playlist designed for the group. I will guide you through the Breathwork, providing direction and keeping you focused on your breath.
There will be a 10 minute rest and re-integration period following the active breathwork. You will return to a normal breath pattern during the rest period and it is often here where we find those moments of clarity.
After: you may feel calm, clear, creative, inspired, grounded, more connected to yourself and/ or others, forgiveness, or a combination of some of these. You may want to spend time alone in a quiet space and journal, or you may feel invigorated and may want to dance, or you may feel inspired to create and may draw or paint…everyone’s experience is different.
In my opinion, there is nothing like regular Breathwork to heal your body/ mind/ spirit.
Open your heart to possibilities and join me!
Love and Peace,
Donation based tickets also available. Pay what you can.
Please Note: Registration closes at 1pm, EST on Sunday, May 3rd.

"Di and her team are outstanding, and the studio is impeccable. The esthetic of the studio and all of the details make it one of the most top studios I have ever been to. I would highly recommend to anyone who values practicing yoga to the highest degree!" ~Deidra Lassalle
