Here are the rules: 

  • Start between January 1-7, 2018.
  • Complete 30 consecutive days of yoga.
  • 26 days must be at Ruah.
  • 4 days can be anywhere else including hotel room floors, home, other studios, gyms, etc.
  • Any practices not at Ruah need a picture posted via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or email with the hastag #trustbutverify and tag @ruahstudio​
